How do I start my custom fursuit order?

Visit our custom page to get a fast quote or upload your OC design. We offer 24-hour artist consultation to help bring your character to life.

What information do I need to submit for a custom design?

We require a clear character reference sheet showing the front, side, and back. Only features shown in your reference sheet will be included.

What styles do you offer?

We currently offer Kemono, Kigurumi (Kig), and Realistic styles. Choose the one that best fits your personality and design.

Are there any designs you do not accept?

We do not accept muscular suits, cosplay/IP-protected characters, or any NSFW/mursuit-related content.

💳 Orders & Payment

How can I get a price quote?

Fill out our quote form with your reference images and the parts you need. Quotes are based on complexity, colors, and add-ons.

What’s the payment process like?

A 60% deposit is due within 3 business days to begin production. The remaining 40% is due before shipping. For partial orders (like paws or bodysuits), full payment is required upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Klarna and PayPal.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees.

What do I need to do before my order ships?

We will send an invoice for shipping once your fursuit is complete. Once paid, we’ll ship via YunExpress, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

What happens if I delay shipping payment?

If shipping isn't paid within 1 month after your fursuit is complete, we may charge storage fees depending on the suit type.

Do you offer rush order services?

Yes! We do offer rush services for an additional fee of 10%–20% of the total price. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Do you provide after-sales repair services?

Yes! For clients in the US and Europe, we offer repair support. If your suit arrives damaged, you must request a repair within 48 hours of delivery.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a lifetime warranty for our products. Manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours are repaired for free. Accidental damage may be repaired for a fee (first repair is free); shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I request a repair?

Visit our after-sales page, click “Start Repair” → “Apply for Repair” and submit your info. We’ll review and respond within 24 hours.

How should I care for my fursuit?

Clean your suit regularly with gentle detergent. Avoid high heat or direct sunlight. Do not machine dry.

What if my suit is damaged during use?

We offer paid repair services for accidental wear and tear. Buyers cover shipping costs both ways.

Absolutely. Our fursuits are designed for comfort and breathability, suitable for extended use. Let us know any specific needs during the order process.
