Thank you for choosing Meow Fursuits! We currently offer after-sales service only for customers in the U.S. and Europe. If your item arrives damaged in a way that affects normal use, you can request a free repair within 48 hours of delivery. Minor imperfections due to the handmade nature of our products are not covered but we’re happy to offer reasonable solutions.
Once your repair request is approved, please ship the item back within 24 hours in its original condition, including all tags and accessories. We’ll cover return shipping for damage upon arrival; however, if you request repairs or cleaning within 3 months of use, you're responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Shipping times are typically around 15 days each way but may vary. Any customs fees or reshipping due to incorrect address are the customer's responsibility. Meow Fursuits is not liable for lost packages or incorrect shipping information.
To start a repair, click “Start Repair” and follow the steps provided. After approval, you’ll receive a shipping label and instructions via email. Don’t forget to upload your return tracking number and keep your receipt until the return is complete. Once we receive the item, we’ll handle the repair and send it back to you with a new tracking number.
