No Returns or Exchanges

All orders are final once placed.

Once an order is confirmed, it generally cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs-related issues

Special Notice Regarding Sizing

  • If an issue arises due to incorrect sizing, a refund or alternative solution may be considered on a case-by-case basis after review.

  • Buyers are required to measure carefully and confirm all sizing details before placing an order.

  • Issues caused by failure to measure, incorrect measurements, or personal misjudgment may not qualify for a full refund.

Shipping & Payment Responsibility

If the commissioner is unable to collect the order in person, all shipping arrangements and base shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

Once the package has been shipped, transportation is handled by the carrier and Meow Fursuits no longer has direct control over the shipment. However, we will provide reasonable after-sales support based on the situation:

  • If the package arrives damaged during transit, we offer free repair service within reasonable and repairable limits.

  • If the package is lost, Meow Fursuits will assume partial responsibility where applicable and assist the buyer in communicating with the carrier and handling the claim process.

The buyer remains responsible for:

  • Base shipping fees (and any additional shipping charges, if applicable)

  • Customs duties, taxes

  • Any additional fees imposed by the destination country

Shipping Rate Adjustment Notice

Please note that certain works, oversized items, or large fursuit packages may incur additional shipping charges due to carrier pricing based on package size, dimensional weight, or total weight.

If additional shipping fees apply, Meow Fursuits will contact the buyer via email before shipment.
The order will only be shipped after the buyer confirms and settles the adjusted shipping cost.

Final shipping costs and delivery times are determined by package size, weight, destination, and carrier arrangements at the time of shipment.

Package Size Reference

Depending on the order contents, different box sizes will be used:

  • Single fursuit head (with paws)
    Approximate box size: 40 × 40 × 40 cm

  • Fursuit head + paws + tail
    Approximate box size: 45 × 45 × 40 cm

  • Full fursuit
    Approximate box size: 60 × 60 × 40 cm

All packages are shipped with reinforced protective packaging to ensure safety during international transit.


United States

  • Standard Shipping: approximately USD $24–98, estimated delivery 7–14 business days

  • Commercial Express (DHL / FedEx): approximately USD $48–247, estimated delivery 4–7 business days

Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.


Europe

  • Standard Shipping: approximately USD $19–87, estimated delivery 7–14 business days

  • Commercial Express (DHL / FedEx): approximately USD $49–289, estimated delivery 4–7 business days

Important Notes

  • All shipping costs and delivery times listed above are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Fursuits are oversized items, and shipping costs are higher than standard merchandise

  • Actual packaging size may vary slightly due to design structures (ears, horns, padding, etc.)

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or force majeure do not qualify for refunds

Different item combinations require different box sizes. Adding accessories or increasing package volume may affect the final shipping cost and delivery time.

  • Orders without handmade or custom accessories:
    Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders including handmade accessories:
    Shipped together after all items are completed

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping (DHL Express).


Standard Shipping

  • A more economical option with lower shipping fees

  • Packages are shipped by air to the destination country, then handed over to the local carrier

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days (reference: United States)

  • Tracking information may be delayed, incomplete, or limited

By choosing Standard Shipping, the buyer acknowledges the higher uncertainty of transit (such as delayed tracking updates or longer delivery times). For time-sensitive orders, Express Shipping is strongly recommended.


Express Shipping (DHL Express)

  • International commercial express service

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (reference: United States)

  • Faster delivery with more reliable tracking

Shipping Rates Calculation

Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package size

  • Destination country or region

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

DHL Express Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges

  • DHL will notify the buyer if payment is required

  • Delivery will proceed after customs payment is completed

Standard Shipping

  • Taxes may be prepaid at checkout for certain destinations, depending on local regulations

Lost, Damaged, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delays or inspections may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Meow Fursuits will provide reasonable after-sales assistance and handle cases according to the damage/loss terms stated above.

Unpaid Shipping Fees

If the buyer has paid for the fursuit but fails to pay shipping fees or provide valid shipping information within one (1) month, additional storage fees may apply.

Storage fees vary depending on the commission type, item size, and storage duration.

Late Payments & Unclaimed Orders

If payment or communication is not received for more than one (1) month, pricing adjustments may occur due to changes in material costs, labor, or time.

If there is no payment or communication for over two (2) months, the order may be considered abandoned, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Additional Terms

  • If re-shipping is required due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package), all re-shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Meow Fursuits is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer

  • Complimentary gifts are sent randomly; variations may occur
    Complimentary items are not eligible for compensation, replacement, or exchange
