1. Processing Time

• In‑Stock Items: 5–7 business days
• Pre‑Order / Made‑to‑Order Items: 10–20 business days on average; certain pre‑orders may require up to 2 months
• Peak Season (all orders): Please allow up to 10–12 business days for processing
• Normal Season (all orders): 3–5 business days

2. International Shipping

• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)
• Express (DHL / FedEx): 5–7 business days

3. Standard Shipping – Please Read Before Selecting

• This shipping method is affordable but comes with limited tracking and longer delivery times.
• Please note: We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages using Economy Shipping.
• If you prefer full protection and faster service, we strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping.

4. Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + International Shipping Time

• For example, an in‑stock order shipped via standard delivery in normal season would typically arrive in 13–25 business days (10–15 days processing + 10–20 days shipping).

5. Handmade & One‑of‑a‑Kind

• Every Meow Fursuit product is individually handmade and unique.
• Minor imperfections are accepted as part of the handmade process.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

• No Returns or Exchanges: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged for any reason.
• We appreciate your understanding that every item is crafted as a one‑off original, and therefore final sale.

Thank you for choosing Meow Fursuits! We currently offer after-sales service only for customers in the U.S. and Europe. If your item arrives damaged in a way that affects normal use, you can request a free repair within 48 hours of delivery. Minor imperfections due to the handmade nature of our products are not covered but we’re happy to offer reasonable solutions.

Once your repair request is approved, please ship the item back within 24 hours in its original condition, including all tags and accessories. We’ll cover return shipping for damage upon arrival; however, if you request repairs or cleaning within 3 months of use, you're responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Shipping times are typically around 15 days each way but may vary. Any customs fees or reshipping due to incorrect address are the customer's responsibility. Meow Fursuits is not liable for lost packages or incorrect shipping information.

To start a repair, click “Start Repair” and follow the steps provided. After approval, you’ll receive a shipping label and instructions via email. Don’t forget to upload your return tracking number and keep your receipt until the return is complete. Once we receive the item, we’ll handle the repair and send it back to you with a new tracking number.

• Handmade items may have minor imperfections such as slight shedding, wrinkles, visible seams, or small deformations — these are normal and not considered defects. If you're highly particular, please refrain from purchasing.
• Fast shipping may cause slight flattening of the head area; this can usually be reshaped by gently blowing air or using small objects to press it back.
• While we reinforce all packaging carefully, long-distance shipping may cause hot glue to melt — this is unavoidable. A basic repair kit will be included for easy touch-ups if needed.
• Product photos are taken under professional lighting and may involve filters or specific angles. Slight color differences may occur due to screen displays. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
• All items undergo double quality checks before international shipping. If we notice any significant color discrepancy, we’ll notify you via email for confirmation.
