This product is a custom-made service.
Once you place an order, it will be added to our production queue. If you wish to cancel or make changes before we begin working on it, please contact us directly at contact@meowfursuits.com — no extra fees will be charged for cancellations at this stage.

However, once we’ve started the artwork, cancellations will no longer be accepted and no refunds will be issued. If the system shows the order as “shipped,” it means the creation process has already begun and the order is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  1. After placing an order, we will schedule it in our production queue. If you decide to cancel or make changes before we start working on it, you can contact us directly at info@meowfursuits.com — there’s no extra fee for cancellations at this stage. However, once we’ve started working on your piece, cancellations won’t be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
  2. The listed price is the full amount for your order — no additional payments will be required later.
  3. The estimated production time is 1-5 days. You’re welcome to request up to 2 revisions during this process. If you’d like to rush your order and move it to the front of the queue, an additional $15.90 USD fee will apply.
